Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create a Rostructure account or send data to Rostructure from a game. By doing either you agree to them.
The service
Rostructure provides analytics for Roblox games: a server-side module, an ingestion API and a dashboard. It is offered in early access, which means features can change, break or be removed, and it is provided "as is" without any promise that it will be available or error-free.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your password and your ingestion keys secret. Keys belong in server-only code; never place one where a client can read it. If a key leaks, create a new one in Settings and stop using the old one.
- Give us accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been compromised.
What you may send
- You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use, Community Standards and any rules that apply to your game.
- Do not send data that directly identifies players, such as usernames, display names, chat or other private messages, or any information about a player's real-world identity or location.
- You are responsible for telling your players what you collect and for any consents or notices the law requires for your game.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or probe the service, try to access another account's data, send data you have no right to send, or use the service to break the law or the rules of any platform. We may rate-limit, suspend or remove access to protect the service or other users.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you send and to your map geometry. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Our software
You may use the Rostructure module in your own games while your account is active. Do not resell it, or present it as your own product. Rostructure and its logo belong to us.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account and projects. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, if you break these terms or if we stop offering Rostructure; where we can, we will give notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Rostructure is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it, which during early access is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell dashboard users in the product. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
